Job Title: Sales Manager – Freight Forwarding

Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven professional with proven expertise in freight forwarding sales. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth across air, sea, and logistics services. The ideal candidate will have strong industry knowledge, negotiation skills, and the ability to deliver customized logistics solutions.
Key Responsibilities
· Business Development: Identify and pursue new clients in manufacturing, retail, and trading sectors.
· Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term partnerships with customers, ensuring repeat business.
· Sales Targets: Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue goals through proactive sales strategies.
· Solution Selling: Provide tailored freight forwarding solutions (air, sea, road, customs clearance).
· Pricing & Negotiation: Prepare quotations, negotiate rates with carriers, and finalize contracts.
· Market Intelligence: Research competitive trends and provide insights to management.
· Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth shipment execution.
· Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and client feedback.
Qualifications & Skills
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Logistics preferred.
· Experience: 3–5 years in freight forwarding / logistics sales (air & sea freight focus).
· Skills:
· Strong knowledge of Incoterms, customs regulations, and shipping documentation.
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
· Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
