Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and empathetic Student Success Executive to ensure students have a smooth and successful learning experience. The role involves guiding students throughout their journey—from enrollment to course completion—while providing academic, operational, and emotional support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for students, addressing queries and concerns promptly.
- Assist with admissions, onboarding, and orientation processes.
- Monitor student progress and follow up regularly to ensure engagement and satisfaction.
- Coordinate with academic and operations teams to resolve issues related to classes, schedules, or learning materials.
- Manage fee collection and follow-ups with enrolled students.
- Track attendance, course completion, and performance reports.
- Conduct periodic feedback sessions to identify improvement areas.
- Support students in placement-related activities and career counseling (if applicable).
- Maintain accurate records of student communication and support cases.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education or Business preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in student engagement, academic counseling, or customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, empathetic, and solution-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office or CRM tools is an advantage.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
