Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Client Acquisition Executive to identify, engage, and onboard new customers for our travel services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, promoting travel products, and driving business growth through effective sales and marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new clients for travel packages, airline ticketing, hotel bookings, corporate travel, and other travel services.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, social media, and business development activities.
- Conduct sales presentations and explain travel products and services to prospective clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with individual, corporate, and group travel customers.
- Prepare and share travel quotations, proposals, and customized itineraries.
- Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate client records and sales reports in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with operations and reservations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, promotions, and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Travel & Tourism, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, client acquisition, or travel consulting.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Goal-oriented with a strong focus on achieving sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Knowledge of the travel and tourism industry is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in travel agencies, tour operators, airlines, or hospitality sales.
- Existing network of corporate or travel clients.
- Knowledge of travel booking systems and customer relationship management tools.
