Job Title: SAP PP Consultant
Role Overview:
The SAP PP Consultant is responsible for implementing and supporting production planning and manufacturing processes in SAP. The role focuses on demand planning, production execution, and optimization of manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure and support SAP PP processes, including:
o Demand Management (PIRs)
o Material Requirements Planning (MRP)
o Production Orders / Process Orders
o Bill of Materials (BOM)
o Work Centers and Routings
o Capacity Planning
Collaborate with business users to define and optimize production planning processes.
Design and implement end-to-end manufacturing solutions aligned with business needs.
Integrate PP with:
o MM (Material availability and procurement)
o SD (Demand from sales orders)
o QM (Quality Management)
o PM (Plant Maintenance)
Monitor and support MRP runs and production execution.
Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
Participate in:
o Testing cycles (Unit, Integration, UAT)
o Cutover and go-live activities
o Data migration (BOMs, Routings, Master Data)
Prepare documentation:
o Functional Specifications, Process Flow Documents, Design document and Configuration document.
o Test Cases and Training Materials
Required Skills & Experience:
Strong hands-on experience in SAP PP configuration.
In-depth knowledge of manufacturing and planning processes.
Experience with:
o MRP configuration and planning strategies
o Production order lifecycle
o Master data (BOM, Work Centers, Routings)
Understanding of integration with MM, SD, and QM.
At least two full-cycle SAP implementation.
Preferred Qualifications:
SAP S/4HANA PP experience.
Experience in discrete or process manufacturing industries.
Knowledge of PP-PI (Process Industries) is a plus.
Exposure to advanced planning tools (IBP/APO) is beneficial.

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹170,000.00 per month
