Job Details
Position: Business Development Manager – Residential Redevelopment
Experience: 6–7 Years
Location: Borivali / Mumbai
Salary: Open for discussion (based on experience & performance)
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and acquire residential societies and old buildings for redevelopment projects.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with society committee members, residents, consultants, brokers, and key stakeholders.
- Conduct market surveys and identify redevelopment opportunities in target locations.
- Lead society meetings, presentations, and redevelopment discussions to build consensus among members.
- Assess project feasibility, redevelopment potential, FSI utilization, and commercial viability.
- Coordinate with legal, liaison, architecture, and project teams for due diligence and project evaluation.
- Prepare redevelopment proposals, commercial offers, and presentations for societies.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with societies and stakeholders to secure redevelopment mandates.
- Manage the complete acquisition process from lead generation to execution of Development Agreements.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of redevelopment opportunities and provide regular progress reports to management.
- Stay updated on redevelopment regulations, DCPR guidelines, market trends, and competitor activities.
Skills & Knowledge Requirements
- Strong knowledge of residential redevelopment projects and society acquisition processes.
- Good understanding of FSI, DCPR regulations, redevelopment norms, and project feasibility.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to interact effectively with society members, managing committees, and key decision-makers.
- Strong networking skills with brokers, consultants, architects, and industry professionals.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Strong presentation and stakeholder management abilities.
- Self-driven, target-oriented professional with a proven track record in project acquisition.
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- MBA in Marketing, Business Development, or Real Estate preferred.
- Proven experience in sourcing and acquiring residential redevelopment projects in Mumbai/MMR region
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
