Eligibility Criteria:
- 2 to 7 years of experience in retail leasing / commercial real estate.
- Experience in high-street retail leasing preferred.
- Strong negotiation and market networking skills.
- Ability to travel frequently within city zones.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify prime high-street retail locations with strong footfall.
- Conduct market research, competitor mapping, and location analysis.
- Evaluate property visibility, accessibility, and brand surroundings.
- Coordinate with landlords and brokers for property discussions.
- Negotiate rental terms, lock-in periods, CAM charges, and agreements.
- Support lease documentation and maintain leasing pipeline reports.
Preferred Background:
- Experience in fashion / apparel / lifestyle retail brands.
- Strong broker and landlord network.
- Good analytical skills (Excel-based feasibility modeling).
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
