We are looking for AR Caller candidates with 0–5 years of experience in Medical Billing. Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome to apply.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Follow up with insurance companies for claim status and payments
- Handle denied or rejected claims and work towards resolution
- Ensure timely payment of outstanding claims
- Maintain accurate documentation of call status and updates
Requirements:
- Good communication and analytical skills
- Basic knowledge of Medical Billing (preferred for experienced candidates)
- Willingness to work in night shifts
