We’re looking for a result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our showroom sales team, drive targets, improve customer conversion, and grow overall sales.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, motivate & manage the showroom sales team.
- Drive daily, monthly & annual sales targets.
- Monitor team performance, leads and conversions.
- Improve walk-in-to-billing and lead-to-sale conversion.
- Drive cross-selling & upselling.
- Coach the team on product presentation, negotiation & closing.
- Monitor market trends, competitors and promotions.
- Ensure excellent customer service and showroom performance.
Who We’re Looking For
- 5–10 years of relevant sales experience.
- Proven experience in sales/team management.
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent customer handling, negotiation & closing skills.
- Experience in Electronics, Home Appliances or Consumer Durable retail sales is strongly preferred.
- Ability to confidently lead an experienced sales team.
