We are looking for a skilled PCB Soldering Technician to perform manual soldering, rework, and assembly of PCB boards and electronic components. The candidate should have hands-on experience in soldering SMT and through-hole components while maintaining quality and IPC standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform manual soldering of SMT and through-hole components on PCB assemblies.
- Handle PCB rework, touch-up, and component replacement activities.
- Read and interpret PCB assembly drawings, BOMs, and work instructions.
- Inspect solder joints and ensure defect-free assembly.
- Operate soldering stations, hot air rework stations, desoldering tools, and related equipment.
- Identify and troubleshoot soldering defects such as bridges, cold joints, lifted pads, and misalignment.
- Support prototype builds and engineering sample assemblies.
- Maintain ESD safety and IPC quality standards during production activities.
- Coordinate with production, quality, and engineering teams for issue resolution.
- Ensure proper handling of electronic components and PCB materials.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper maintenance of tools and workstations.
- Follow company safety and quality procedures.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
