We are looking for a passionate and confident Business Development Manager who can help us grow our brand presence, handle premium client communication, and convert quality leads into long-term clients.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle incoming wedding and event inquiries professionally
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings
- Conduct client meetings and explain packages/services
- Build strong relationships with clients and wedding planners
- Develop strategies for brand growth and partnerships
- Coordinate with the creative team for smooth client experience
- Maintain lead database and follow-up schedules
- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets
Requirements
- Excellent communication and sales skills
- Experience in business development, sales, or client servicing preferred
- Confidence in handling premium clients
- Basic understanding of wedding industry/social media is a plus
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Self-motivated and result-oriented personality
