Hiring | Social Media Growth Intern
We're looking for a creative and growth-oriented Social Media Growth Intern to help grow our presence across Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube through engaging content, community building, and organic growth strategies.
Location: Jaipur (Onsite)Internship: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and publish Reels, Shorts, Stories, Carousels, and Posts.
- Manage comments, DMs, and build an engaged online community.
- Research trends, hashtags, and platform algorithms to improve reach.
- Optimize captions, titles, thumbnails, and CTAs.
- Track performance metrics (Reach, Views, Engagement, Retention & Follower Growth).
- Analyze competitors and suggest new content ideas and growth strategies.
Required Skills
- Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook & YouTube.
- Knowledge of Reels, Shorts, Stories & Carousels.
- Strong communication skills (English & Hindi).
- Basic knowledge of social media analytics.
- Creative, proactive, and self-driven.
Preferred Skills
- Experience managing social media pages.
- Canva, CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro.
- AI tools like ChatGPT/Claude.
- Meta Business Suite & YouTube Studio.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹22,721.54 per month
