We-Vend Technologies is a Vending and Micro-retail operator based out of Gurugram but having operations pan-india. Over the last 5 years we have seen rapid gowth and are looking for an Accountant to join our finance team and report directly to our Finance Lead.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accounting & Bookkeeping - Record daily financial transactions accurately in the accounting system.
- Ensure proper filing and maintenance of accounting records.
- Generate and record sales invoices.
- Monitor customer outstanding balances. Follow up with customers for pending payments.
- Perform customer account reconciliations.
- Accounts Payable - Verify vendor invoices and supporting documents, Some basic excel reportings
Education Requirement:
Skills Preferred:
- Advance Excel
- Tally Prime
- GST returns knowledge
- Accounting knowledge
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
