Job Description
Role Objectives:
- Front Desk Management: Manage reception activities efficiently and ensure a smooth Customer experience at the showroom.
- Customer Interaction: Welcome and assist Customers and guests professionally while maintaining luxury hospitality standards.
- Communication Handling: Manage incoming calls, appointments, inquiries, and coordinate with internal departments effectively.
- Driver Coordination: Handle and coordinate drivers for Customer and showroom requirements.
- Customer Satisfaction Focus: Deliver excellent Customer service to maintain high levels of satisfaction and brand loyalty.
- Showroom Presentation: Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and maintained as per luxury brand standards.
- Administrative Support: Support showroom operations with basic administrative and coordination activities.
- Brand Representation: Represent the luxury automobile brand philosophy and maintain professionalism in all interactions
Experience:
Minimum 1–2 Years of Receptionist / Front Desk Experience.
(Preferably in Automobile Showroom or Luxury Brand Industry)

Pay: ₹204,000.00 - ₹252,000.00 per year
