Job Description:
1. Handling all Incoming materials and store Management and documents like invoice, b- way bills
2. GRN Making in ERP/SAP as per Receipt materials
Material issuance to shop floor as per material requisition through ERP
3. Indent preparation as per requisition form the department or functions.
4. Daily inventory management, daily physical inventory and check with system variance.
5. Monitoring & tracking of all input materials to maintain the minimum inventory.
6. Co-ordination with purchase, logistic and supply chain team for status of Indent materials.
7. Material reconciliation on a daily/monthly basis and FIFO management.
9. Engineering materials inventory management, SCRAP material management & tracking.
10. 5S & continuous improvement and cost saving projects.
