Job Summary:
The Accounts Manager is responsible for overseeing the complete financial operations of the 2-wheeler dealership, ensuring accurate accounting, statutory compliance, inventory control, and timely financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Management
- Maintain day-to-day accounting operations (Sales, Purchase, Expenses)
- Monitor cash flow, bank transactions, and fund management
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Handle budgeting and cost control for showroom operations
2. Dealership Accounting
- Manage vehicle sales accounting (Retail & Wholesale)
- Handle RTO payments, insurance collections, and finance cases
- Monitor exchange and discount adjustments
3. Payables & Receivables
- Manage vendor payments and outstanding tracking
- Follow up on customer receivables and finance settlements
- Reconcile dealer incentives and OEM claims
4. Inventory & Cost Control
- Monitor spare parts and vehicle inventory valuation
- Conduct periodic stock audits
- Control pilferage, wastage, and financial leakages
5. Reporting & MIS
- Prepare daily sales reports and cash reports
- Generate MIS reports for management decision-making
- Analyze profitability of sales, service, and spares
6. Team Management
- Supervise accounts team and allocate responsibilities
- Ensure accuracy and discipline in accounting processes
- Train junior staff on systems and compliance

- Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
