Position Summary
The HR Executive / HR Manager will lead the recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, compliance, and workforce management functions of GIRAH Care. This role is critical in building and maintaining a strong workforce of nurses, phlebotomists, home health aides, physicians, therapists, pharmacists, customer support staff, and corporate employees.
The ideal candidate should have experience in healthcare staffing, recruitment operations, employee relations, and HR compliance.

Employee Relations
- Act as the primary HR contact for employees.

Performance Management
- Track employee probation periods.
- Coordinate performance reviews.
- Support managers during appraisal cycles.
- Maintain performance records.

- Recommend training and development opportunities.
Training & Development
- Coordinate mandatory training programs:

Required QualificationsEducation
