ACME Engineering Industries is looking for a motivated and organized Sales Coordinator to join our team in Ahmedabad.

Sales Coordinator
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the sales team and customers
- Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and sales documents
- Handle customer enquiries and follow-ups
- Coordinate order processing and dispatches
- Maintain customer records and sales reports
- Follow up on pending payments and deliveries
- Coordinate with production, purchase, and logistics teams
- Provide administrative support to the sales department
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales Coordination / Sales Support / Back Office
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of English – written and spoken
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word & email communication
- Organized, proactive, and good at follow-ups
- Experience in engineering/manufacturing/B2B industry will be an advantage
Salary
₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month
