We are looking for a creative, trend-savvy, and execution-focused Social Media Intern who can handle the complete content cycle — from research and planning to shooting, editing, and publishing engaging social media content using AI tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research latest social media trends, viral content formats, competitors, and audience preferences
- Plan weekly and monthly content calendars for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms
- Coordinate and execute content shoots (reels, behind-the-scenes, product videos, interviews, etc.)
- Edit videos, reels, photos, and creatives for social media platforms
- Use AI tools for content ideation, scripting, captions, voiceovers, thumbnails, editing, and automation
- Create engaging captions, hashtags, hooks, and CTA-driven content
- Manage day-to-day social media posting and scheduling
- Work closely with the marketing and operations team for campaign execution
- Monitor engagement, insights, and performance metrics to improve content strategy
- Stay updated with current trends, memes, audio trends, and platform algorithm updates
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms
- Familiarity with video editing tools like CapCut, Canva, Premiere Pro, VN, or similar
- Understanding of AI tools like ChatGPT, Canva AI, CapCut AI, Midjourney, etc.
- Good communication and creative thinking skills
- Ability to shoot content using smartphones/cameras
- Passion for branding, storytelling, and digital marketing
- Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills:
- Graphic designing basics
- Photography/videography knowledge
