Position: Supervisor – Coco Peat Processing
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day coco peat processing activities, including pithbed operations, hydration, drying, sieving, and packing, ensuring smooth and efficient production.
- Manage and guide the production team, including Executives, operators, and helpers, by allocating work, monitoring performance, and ensuring achievement of daily production targets.
- Monitor product quality by ensuring compliance with required standards for moisture content, particle size, cleanliness, packing, and overall product consistency.
- Monitor machinery and equipment used in the processing operations and coordinate with the Maintenance Team to address breakdowns, maintenance requirements, and operational issues.
- Maintain and verify production records, including raw material usage, production output, wastage, quality checks, manpower, and machine downtime, and submit regular reports to the Reporting Manager.
- Ensure compliance with safety, SOPs, housekeeping, and operational procedures, while identifying production or quality issues and taking appropriate corrective action or escalating them to the concerned authority.
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
