About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated inside sales executive to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will play an important part in identifying potential business customers and setting up sales conversations for our field sales team. You will be calling businesses across Ahmedabad and other markets to introduce our enterprise connectivity services such as Internet Leased Lines, MPLS, and other telecom solutions.
This role is ideal for candidates who are confident over the phone, comfortable speaking with senior decision-makers, and excited about building a career in B2B sales.
What You'll Do
- Make outbound calls to business prospects from a curated database
- Introduce our telecom services and identify companies with relevant requirements
- Qualify leads through structured questioning to understand their needs
- Schedule meetings and demos for the field sales team
- Maintain accurate records of every call and conversation in our CRM
- Follow up consistently with prospects who have shown interest
- Coordinate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover
Who We're Looking For
- MBA in Sales and Marketing (mandatory)
- Freshers are welcome; candidates with up to 2 years of telecalling or inside sales experience will also be considered
- Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati
- Confident phone presence and a positive, professional attitude
- Good listening skills with the ability to ask the right questions
- Comfortable using basic computer tools (Excel, email, CRM)
- Self-motivated and target-oriented

What Success Looks Like
In the first 6 to 12 months, success in this role would typically look like:
- Consistently making 60 to 80 quality outbound calls per day, with structured notes captured in the CRM for every meaningful conversation
- Generating 8 to 12 qualified meetings per month for the field sales team, where "qualified" means the prospect has confirmed interest, budget timeline, and decision-maker availability
- Maintaining a healthy connect-to-conversation ratio that improves month over month as you become more familiar with the product and customer profile
- Building a reliable follow-up discipline so that no warm lead is lost due to lack of timely contact
- Earning the trust of the field sales team as a dependable lead-generation partner, with positive feedback on the quality of meetings you set up
- Showing a clear improvement curve in product knowledge, objection handling, and conversation quality from month one to month six
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
