Must be proficient at cold calling, ask good questions to determine needs and be able to overcome objections
Provide outstanding account management and customer service to customers
Handle customer sales calls and fulfill requests for information
Conduct due diligence for potential new clients
Sales Administration including entering orders into our database system
Reach out to customers with a clear and enticing message and attempt to generate interest in more comprehensive discussions with pre-sales team
Research background information about prospects' companies
High volume outbound cold-calling contacts and companies from a variety of sources
Learn technical information about our service and communicate it in a clear, concise manner
Follow up with the customers with consistent marketing email campaigns
Qualify and Identify prospect needs by leveraging key contacts and determining organization's decision making/buying process
Use appropriate tooling to make sure activities are measurable and provide insight into resource planning and sales forecasting
