Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Architect to join our design team. The ideal candidate must have a strong foundation in architectural planning, a keen interest in interior design, and a working knowledge of structural detailing.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural designs from concept to execution with a focus on interior-integrated planning.
- Create and review structural, architectural, and interior layout drawings.
- Collaborate with interior designers, civil engineers, consultants, and on-site execution teams.
- Prepare submission sets, construction documents, working drawings, and BOQs.
- Conduct site visits to ensure design implementation aligns with plans.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and consultants to ensure quality and timely execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
- 2+ years of relevant work experience in architecture/interior-focused firms.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office; knowledge of Revit or BIM tools is a plus.
- Understanding of structural systems, RCC details, and civil coordination drawings.
- Aesthetic sensibility and a passion for interior architecture.
- Ability to work under timelines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
