Full-time, on-site role as a Resident Doctor. The Resident Doctor will work alongside other medical staff to diagnose and treat patients, order and interpret diagnostic tests, communicate with patients and their families, and provide medical advice and guidance. The Resident Doctor will also be responsible for maintaining accurate medical records and complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and hospital policies. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited medical school Valid medical license in the state of Kerala Completed residency training in a related field Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrated ability to diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions A strong commitment to patient care and safety Familiarity with electronic health records (EHRS) Flexibility and willingness to work long hours, including nights and weekends, as needed Respectful and professional demeanor when dealing with patients, their families, and other medical staff
