- Maintain documentation related to application design, configuration, and deployment processes.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core Integrations.
- Experience with integration design patterns and middleware technologies related to Workday.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.
- Familiarity with data mapping, transformation, and validation techniques within integration workflows.
- Ability to work with APIs and web services to facilitate seamless data exchange between systems.
- Understanding of security protocols and compliance requirements in integration scenarios.
