- Make outbound calls to prospective students/customers
- Handle incoming inquiries professionally
- Counsel students regarding courses and services
- Maintain proper call records and follow-ups
- Achieve daily/weekly targets
Requirements :-
- Good communication skills (Hindi must, Basic English)
- Confident and convincing personality
- Basic computer knowledge
- Freshers and experienced both can apply
