Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and hardworking Solar Installer / Solar Installation Technician to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for the installation, wiring, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting of rooftop solar systems at client sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Install solar panels/modules on rooftop and other sites.
- Install and assemble solar mounting structures.
- Perform DC and AC wiring, cable laying, and connections.
- Install and connect solar inverters and related equipment.
- Conduct site measurements and assist with basic site surveys.
- Ensure proper alignment and installation of solar panels.
- Perform testing and basic troubleshooting of solar systems.
- Follow electrical and workplace safety procedures.
- Coordinate with the site engineer and project team.
- Travel to different client sites as required.
- Maintain proper tools and installation equipment.
Required Skills & Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in solar installation or electrical work preferred.
- Practical experience in rooftop solar installation.
- Experience with solar panel and structure installation.
- Basic knowledge of electrical wiring and connections.
- Ability to work at heights and on rooftops.
- Good physical fitness and willingness to travel to project sites.
- ITI/Diploma in Electrical/Electronics is preferred.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
Pay: ₹10,792.89 - ₹46,073.12 per month
