We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager – Civil, PEB & MEP to oversee end-to-end execution of industrial infrastructure projects. The candidate will be responsible for planning, coordination, execution, and delivery of projects involving Civil works, Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB), and MEP systems within defined timelines, budget, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities: Project Planning & Execution
- Manage complete lifecycle of projects from concept to commissioning
- Prepare project schedules, milestones, and resource planning
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors
Civil & Structural Works
- Supervise civil construction including foundations, RCC, and finishing works
- Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety standards
PEB Works
- Coordinate design, fabrication, and erection of PEB structures
- Monitor alignment, structural integrity, and installation quality
MEP Coordination
- Oversee Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works execution
- Ensure proper integration of MEP with civil and structural components
Vendor & Site Management
- Manage subcontractors, vendors, and site teams
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress reviews
Quality & Safety
- Implement QA/QC procedures and site safety practices
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and industry standards
Cost & Documentation
- Monitor project budgets, billing, and cost control
- Prepare reports, MIS, and project documentation

Pay: ₹60,000.00 per month
