Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Tele caller to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in verifying leads generated for our clients and ensuring the accuracy and quality of contact data. This position is perfect for someone with good communication skills and a professional phone presence who enjoys interacting with people and is comfortable working in a structured environment .Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to verify leads generated for our clients.
Confirm the accuracy of contact information and basic qualification details.
Maintain records of interactions and update CRM systems accordingly.
Provide clear, concise communication while adhering to call scripts and client requirements.
Report daily call progress and share feedback with the internal team.
Handle basic inquiries politely and professionally.
Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in managing lead data.
Requirements:
0–1 year of experience in a Tele calling, Customer Service, or similar role (freshers welcome).
Strong verbal communication skills in Marathi and Hindi (English is a plus).
Ability to stay calm and focused during repetitive tasks.
Comfortable using basic computer applications (Google Sheets, CRM tools).
Reliable internet connection and quiet working environment (for remote roles).
Strong listening skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
