About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and articulate Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for inbound leads validating them through calls and emails before passing them to the relevant team while also supporting day-to-day SEO activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to inbound leads via calls and emails to verify interest and intent
- Qualify and filter leads, passing authentic prospects to the concerned team with proper documentation
- Maintain a lead tracker and update CRM records regularly
- Draft and send professional follow-up emails with clarity and accuracy
- Assist with basic on-page and off-page SEO tasks, including meta updates, content uploads, and link-building support
- Coordinate with the content and SEO team for website-related tasks
- Prepare simple reports on lead status and outreach activity
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent spoken and written English confident on calls and professional in emails
- 0 to 4 years of experience in digital marketing, telecalling, or a similar role; freshers with strong communication skills are welcome
- Basic understanding of SEO concepts, including on-page SEO, off-page SEO, and keywords
- Comfortable using tools like Google Sheets, Gmail, and basic CRM or lead-tracking tools
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage follow-up schedules
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team
Good to Have
- Familiarity with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Google Search Console
- Prior experience in a B2B or digital agency environment
- Knowledge of LinkedIn outreach or social media communication
