We are looking for energetic and friendly Tele Callers to join Kireeti Group. Your main role is to talk with customers over phone, explain our services, and build good relationships.
Responsibilities
* Make outbound and inbound calls to customers
* Explain company services in a simple and clear way
* Follow up with interested customers
* Maintain basic call records
* Support the sales team in customer communication
Requirements
* Good communication skills in Telugu/Hindi/English, Etc.
* Positive attitude and confidence while speaking
* Basic phone and computer knowledge
* Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
