Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments.
- Diagnose speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders.
- Develop individualized therapy plans based on patient needs.
- Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans accordingly.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
- Educate and counsel patients and caregivers regarding therapy goals and progress.
- Collaborate with psychologists, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Participate in case discussions and interdisciplinary meetings.
- Ensure compliance with clinic policies and professional standards.
Required Qualification:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech & Language Pathology (BASLP / MASLP or equivalent).
- Valid registration/license.
Experience Required:
- 1–3 years of clinical experience (Freshers may apply if supervised support is available).
- Experience working with children with developmental delays, autism, ADHD, or speech disorders is preferred.
Skills Required:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience and empathy while handling patients.
- Good documentation and reporting skills.
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team environment.
