Job Responsibilities:
Handle core recruitment activities for internal hiring requirements
Coordinate with recruitment consultants and follow up on profiles
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and other hiring platforms
Screen and shortlist candidates as per job requirements
Conduct initial HR discussions and schedule interviews
Regular follow-up with candidates from interview stage till joining
Manage offer rollout, joining formalities, and onboarding coordination
Maintain recruitment tracker and candidate database
Ensure smooth communication between candidates, consultants, and internal teams
Required Skills:
Good understanding of recruitment process and hiring coordination
Hands-on experience with job portals, LinkedIn sourcing, and databases
Strong communication and follow-up skills
Good coordination and stakeholder management abilities
Basic knowledge of onboarding and joining formalities
Experience Required:
2-5 years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition
Preferred Candidate:
Candidate with experience in handling multiple positions and consultant coordination will be preferred
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
