Role & responsibilities
- Analyse current warehouse processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Design and propose warehouse solutions, including technology, processes, and infrastructure.
- Develop and document solution requirements and specifications.
- Manage inventory levels, optimize storage space, and ensure accurate stock counts.
- Supervise warehouse staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management
- Reviewing the audits finding with action plan to the management
- Setting up a operational activities in a new business setup.
- Develop & train staff at new business setup.
- Implement SOP and process at new business setup
- Data collection / study for the new business leads.
- Preparation of Costing & Proposal for the new business leads.
- Monitoring on daily operational activities for defined customers & identifying the deviations and report to the management.
- Develop Vendor to get competitive quote for procurement.
- Frequent travelling as per operations & business requirements.
- Safety aspects presented in the Monthly Review
Preferred candidate profile
- Minimum of 4 years experience in a warehousing Audit/solutions & Implementation environment.
- Degree or equivalent professional qualification in Logistics or Supply Chain Management.
- Concept Knowledge in ERP or Inventory Management Systems.
- Effective communication and excellent inter personal skills.
- Strong analytical skills with sound computer literacy.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
