We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 1–3 years of professional experience to join our team at Chaileela. The ideal candidate should have a strong visual sense, good understanding of branding, and the ability to create engaging designs across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design social media creatives, marketing materials, and promotional content
- Create brand-aligned visuals for digital campaigns
- Work on layouts for posts, banners, presentations, and other marketing assets
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute creative ideas
- Ensure consistency in brand identity across all designs
- Deliver high-quality designs within deadlines
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in graphic design
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or Canva (or similar tools)
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and composition
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Portfolio is mandatory
