We GoIntegra Facility Management, a leading technology based facility management company, looking for a young, dynamic, result oriented professional for Customer Relationship Manager role. We are looking for candidates who has at least 2 year prior experience in handling Customers in apartments, Villa communities.
Roles and Responsibility:
- Act as first point of contact for residents, visitors, and vendors; handle calls politely and professionally.
- Register, prioritize, and assign complaints to technicians through the system.
- Update complaint status and provide timely feedback to residents.
- Coordinate with technicians and ensure proper closure of complaints after resident confirmation.
- Escalate unresolved or critical issues to Facility Manager/client as per escalation matrix.
- Maintain resident details, occupancy updates, and move-in/move-out records.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports on complaints and operations.
- Maintain helpdesk logs, inventory records, and ensure timely replenishment.
- Manage ERP notices, circulars, and communication updates.
Required Skills & Details
- Qualification: Any Graduate with good communication skills in English
- Experience: Minimum 3+ years in Residential Apartments / Facility Management
- Location: Pallikaranai, Chennai
- Salary: Based on performance and experience
