Senior Quality Engineer – Civil | Jaywant Group

Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech – Civil Engineering
About the Role:
Jaywant Group is looking for an experienced Senior Quality Engineer to manage quality control and assurance for civil construction projects and ensure work meets approved standards and specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and monitor quality activities for civil works.
- Inspect materials, workmanship and construction activities.
- Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, ITPs and method statements.
- Monitor RCC, reinforcement, concrete, masonry and finishing works.
- Conduct site inspections and coordinate quality tests.
- Review WIR, MIR, NCR, checklists and test reports.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants and project teams.
- Identify quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain quality records and support project audits.
Candidate Profile:
- B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 7–12 years of experience in civil construction QA/QC.
- Strong knowledge of RCC, concrete, reinforcement and finishing works.
- Good knowledge of IS Codes, ITPs and quality documentation.
- Strong inspection, coordination and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
