Job Description – Dispatch Operator (Textile Industry)
Position: Dispatch Operator
Industry: Textile
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 8:30 PM
Salary: ₹20,000 to ₹30,000 per month
Experience Required: 1–2 Years
Age Limit: 20 to 35 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily dispatch activities and manage client orders efficiently.
- Coordinate with production, packing, and transport teams for timely dispatch.
- Maintain proper records of dispatch orders, invoices, and delivery details.
- Ensure accurate packing and shipment of textile products.
- Communicate with clients regarding order status and dispatch schedules.
- Maintain good relationships with employees and support teamwork in the workplace.
- Solve dispatch-related issues quickly and professionally.
- Follow company procedures and maintain discipline during working hours.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Fast learner with smart working ability.
- Basic knowledge of dispatch operations in the textile field.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple orders.
- Team player with positive attitude and professional behavior.
- Basic computer knowledge preferred.
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience of 1–2 years in the textile industry.
- Age between 20 to 35 years.
- Responsible, punctual, and hardworking candidate preferred.
