key responsibilities :
- Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and field visits
- Client Meetings: Schedule and conduct meetings to present company services and solutions
- Sales & Follow-up: Convert leads into customers and maintain consistent follow-ups
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
- Market Research: Understand market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities
- Reporting: Maintain daily reports on calls, meetings, and pipeline status
- Coordination: Work with the operations and delivery teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
