Key Responsibilities:
- Support, configure, and enhance Oracle EBS SCM Distribution modules including:
- Inventory
- Order Management (OM)
- Shipping Execution
- Advanced Pricing (as applicable)
- Understand business requirements related to supply chain and distribution and translate them into Oracle EBS solutions.
- Manage order-to-cash processes including order entry, fulfillment, shipping, and invoicing.
- Support inventory management, stock transfers, ATP/CTP, and material movement processes.
- Perform functional setups, testing, and documentation for distribution-related changes.
- Troubleshoot application issues and provide production support.
- Work closely with technical teams for interfaces, reports, conversions, and enhancements.
- Assist in user training, UAT support, and process improvement initiatives.
- Ensure system compliance with business controls and audit requirements.
