We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager for Interior Fit-Out Projects who can independently handle commercial interior projects from planning to final handover. The candidate should have strong site execution knowledge, vendor management skills, and the ability to manage timelines, quality, and client coordination effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle complete execution of commercial interior fit-out projects.
- Prepare project schedules and monitor daily site progress.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Ensure timely procurement and availability of materials at site.
- Manage manpower deployment and site productivity.
- Monitor project quality, safety, and work standards.
- Prepare DPR (Daily Progress Reports) and weekly project updates.
- Verify contractor/vendor bills and monitor project costing.
- Ensure work completion within approved timelines and budget.
- Conduct site meetings and maintain proper documentation.
- Coordinate with MEP, civil, carpentry, HVAC, electrical, and finishing teams.
- Ensure snag-free project handover to the client.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of interior fit-out execution.
- Good understanding of BOQ, drawings, and project coordination.
- Knowledge of billing and quantity verification.
- Excellent communication and team management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple sites/projects.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and project reporting.
Qualification:
- Diploma/B.Tech in Civil Engineering / Interior / Construction Management.
- PMP certification will be an added advantage.
