Requirement: Test Automation Engineer Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree or BE (Computer Sceince) Experience: 5–8 Years (Maximum experience should not exceed 8 years) Technical Competencies – 1. Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on Software Test Automation experience using Selenium Webdriver with Core Java. (Max exp not to exceed 8 yrs) a. Must have: i. Strong knowledge of Core Java programming and OOP concepts. ii.Strong knowledge of using Selenium Webdriver with TestNG and Maven. iii. In-depth knowledge of automation frameworks. iv. Solid experience using playwright with type script. v. Automation framework development experience. vi. Hands on experience building code with AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT). vii. Innovative mindset to solve complex technical problems. viii. Hands-on manual testing experience. ix. Flexible to work on automation and manual testing projects. x. Ability to drive project with a dual role - as an Individual contributor and lead a team. b. Good to have: i. Exposure to Selenium GRID would be a value add. ii. Exposure to GitHub/SVN will be good to have. iii.Exposure to Jenkins will be positive. iv. Exposure to Salesforce will be an added advantage. v. Exposure to Web Services testing (SOAP UI and REST) will be advantage. vi. Exposure to API test automation will be advantage. vii. Knowledge on Cloud-based solutions. viii. Exposure to Mobile test automation will be an added advantage. 2. Knowledge of JIRA or any Agile management tool or bug tracking tool Exp. 3. Experience of test Planning and test designing experience. 4. Exposure to Agile methodologies will be good a positive. 5. Any ISTQB certification. (good to have) Skill Set Required : Selenium Webdriver with TestNG and Maven, Cucumber, Professional Attributes Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client-facing interactions. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment. Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and Business Analysts to understand requirements. Strong flexibility, agility, and adaptability. Team player with the ability to complete tasks with required quality and timelines. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
