Role: Director / Associate Director / Senior Manager - GCC Sales
Experience: 10 - 20 years
Locations: Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee all Capability and Innovations Hubs globally, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Manage the P&L for India, focusing on Captive/GIC business, and drive initiatives to achieve sustainable growth and profitability.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to scale the company's presence in India, GCC, and with global clients.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence within the Capability and Innovations Hubs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market trends, customer needs, and emerging technologies to stay ahead in the industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners.
Preferred Expertise:
- Strong Captive Sales & Business Development (min 10 years) area experience.
- Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts.
- Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
- Understand category-specific landscapes and trends.
- Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts.
- Own Business and Portfolio.
Education:
B.E. / B.Tech or any equivalent full-time degree + MBA (Preferred)
