Role Overview :
We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to design and build scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise-grade applications. These applications will span internal tools, data-driven systems, and workflow-based platforms. You will work across the full technology stack, contributing to backend services, frontend interfaces, and system design, with a strong focus on reliability, security, and maintainability.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and develop scalable backend services and APIs
- Build intuitive and responsive frontend applications
- Develop and maintain enterprise-grade systems with complex workflows
- Implement authentication and role-based access control
- Design efficient and normalized database schemas
- Ensure data integrity, performance, and security across systems
- Develop reusable components and shared libraries
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, QA, product)
- Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize system performance

Good to know Skills :
- Strong backend development experience in any one or more of :
- Python / Java / Node.js
- Proficiency in building RESTful APIs
- Solid understanding of database design and SQL
- Experience with authentication and authorization (JWT, OAuth)
- Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns
- Experience building or working on enterprise applications or internal tools
- Ability to write clean, modular, and scalable code
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
