An accountant is responsible for preparing and maintaining financial records for the organization. Here are some of the duties and responsibilities of an account executive:
ü Record and maintain all the entries of day-to-day business transactions like Sales, Payment, Receipts, etc.
ü Knowledge of TDS, E-way bill, Book Keeping, GST & other accounting terms
ü Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
ü Record all expenses and review those expenses & keep the track of expenses every month
ü Generating invoices and challan
ü Preparation of E-way bill
ü Managing the company’s accounts to ensure on-time payment
ü Monitoring the efficiency of existing accounting procedures and ensuring they comply with the government regulations
ü Cooperating with auditors in preparing audit reports
ü Preparation of Cheque
ü Reconciliation of Bank & Party ledgers
ü Maintain Petty Cash
Pay: ₹10,667.05 - ₹16,606.65 per month
