- Develop and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with a portfolio of assigned clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Understand clients' financial objectives, challenges, and risk tolerance through in-depth conversations and needs analysis.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the existing client base and through referrals to expand the client portfolio.
- Present and cross-sell appropriate financial products, services, and solutions that align with client needs and company objectives.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct regular client reviews and portfolio analyses to ensure solutions remain relevant and effective.
- Resolve client inquiries, issues, and complaints efficiently and professionally, escalating when necessary to ensure timely resolution.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including product development, operations, and compliance, to deliver seamless client service.
- Stay current with market trends, industry regulations, and competitor activities to provide informed advice and maintain a competitive edge.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients and prospective clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and activity logs within the CRM system.
- Educate clients on new products, services, and digital tools available to them.
