Job Summary
We are looking for a Fundraising Executive to support the organisation in generating funds through individual donors, corporate donors, in-kind support, community partnerships, and other funding opportunities.
The role involves donor outreach, partnership development, follow-ups, proposal support, and maintaining strong donor relationships. The candidate should be proactive, organised, and confident in communication and coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach individual donors, corporates, organisations, and community partners for fundraising opportunities
- Explore and secure in-kind support, sponsorships, and other forms of donor assistance
- Build and maintain a strong database of donors, supporters, and funding prospects
- Support in preparing fundraising proposals, reports, presentations, donor appeals, and communication materials
- Conduct regular follow-ups through calls, emails, meetings, and networking to secure support
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential donors and partners
- Coordinate with internal teams to collect project details, budgets, impact data, and supporting documents for donor engagement
- Track and update the status of donor outreach, commitments, partnerships, and funds received
- Assist in planning and executing fundraising campaigns, donation drives, and outreach initiatives
- Prepare regular progress reports and updates for management
- Represent the organisation professionally during meetings, events, and donor discussions
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Social Work, Marketing, Communications, Development Studies, or a related field
- Basic proposal and report writing skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- 1–3 years of experience in fundraising, donor relations, partnerships, business development, NGO outreach, or CSR support
- NGO / social sector experience will be preferred.
