Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and ensure compliance with quality standards during production activities.
- Possess good knowledge of tablets, including effervescent tablets, chewable tablets, Ayurvedic formulations, fine salts, and protein-based products.
- Perform in-process quality checks and inspections as per SOPs, GMP, and regulatory guidelines.
- Review Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and production documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate with the Production team to ensure adherence to quality procedures and standards.
- Investigate deviations, non-conformities, and quality-related issues, and assist in implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Conduct sampling, testing coordination, and verification of raw materials, in-process materials, packaging materials, and finished products.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records related to quality assurance activities.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and safety standards.
- Support internal and external audits and assist in audit preparation and documentation.
- Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and GMP compliance within the manufacturing area.
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure smooth production and quality operations.
Requirements
- B.Pharm qualification is mandatory.
- 2–3 years of experience in a pharmaceutical or nutraceutical manufacturing company.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, GMP, QA documentation, and quality systems.
- Good understanding of SOPs, batch documentation, and quality control procedures.
- Hands-on knowledge of Alu-Alu Blister Packing and Rotary Compression Machines will be preferred.
- Experience in manufacturing and quality assurance of tablets, supplements, protein powders, and related formulations will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a manufacturing environment.
Pay: ₹25,544.10 - ₹35,922.13 per month
