Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated RCA (Root Cause Analysis) & Debugging Engineer to investigate electronic hardware failures, identify root causes, and support design improvements. The candidate should have strong debugging skills in embedded electronics, PCB troubleshooting, and test equipment handling.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for field failures and production issues.
- Debug PCB assemblies and electronic circuits.
- Analyze failures related to ESC, Motor Controller, Battery, BMS, Power Electronics, Sensors, and Communication Interfaces.
- Use DMM, Oscilloscope, Logic Analyzer, DC Power Supply, and Function Generator.
- Investigate hardware and firmware issues.
- Read schematics and PCB layouts.
- Prepare RCA reports and CAPA.
- Coordinate with Design, Firmware, Production, Quality, and Testing teams.
- Maintain failure database and verify fixes.

- Oscilloscope & Multimeter
- B.E./B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechatronics or related field.
