Business Development Manager – HORECA (Maldives & Seychelles)

We are hiring an experienced Business Development Manager to drive sales and business expansion across the Maldives and Seychelles hospitality markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HORECA sales, international business development, and managing relationships with luxury hotels, resorts, and premium hospitality clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and grow business with luxury resorts, hotels, and premium restaurant chains in Maldives & Seychelles
- Generate new business opportunities and onboard key hospitality accounts
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Build strong relationships with Procurement Heads, F&B Managers, and Hotel Management teams
- Achieve revenue and business growth targets
- Manage existing client accounts and ensure repeat business
- Conduct client meetings, market visits, and business development activities
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of orders and client requirements
Requirements:
- 8–15 years of experience in HORECA Sales, Hospitality Sales, International Sales, or Export Business Development
- Strong network within the hotel, resort, and hospitality industry
- Proven track record in B2B sales and account management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Experience handling international clients and overseas markets
- Knowledge of export processes and international trade is an advantage
- Willingness to travel frequently to Maldives & Seychelles
