Position: Senior Sales Executive
We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, and target-driven Senior Sales Executive to support student admissions and contribute to the growth and success of INSD Coimbatore.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through telecalling, walk-ins, digital marketing campaigns, referrals, and field visits.
- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses, career opportunities, fee structure, and admission procedures.
- Convert inquiries into admissions and consistently achieve assigned admission and revenue targets.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective students and maintain a high lead-to-admission conversion ratio.
- Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and admissions in CRM and related systems.
- Organize and coordinate campus visits, counseling sessions, workshops, and admission-related events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, educational consultants, and other referral partners.
- Participate in educational fairs, seminars, exhibitions, and promotional activities to generate admissions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance lead generation and conversion strategies.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and present performance updates to management.
- Ensure a positive and professional experience for students and parents throughout the admission process.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to support business growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, admissions, counseling, business development, or related fields.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer relationship management and follow-up abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
